Dance is a powerful transformational tool. Movement can release old patterns and energy blocks in the body. Join me for dance classes designed to release physical and emotional stiffness while opening a connection to the Divine.

The ancient, low impact movements of belly dance will tone, strengthen and stretch the body and reunite dancers with the natural sensuality inherent in every woman. Honoring of the body AS IT IS in its current perfection will be stressed as we dance together.

Divine Dance Belly Basics: 8 weeks, Mondays 6:30 to 7:30 pm. For women 18 and older in all shapes, ages & sizes. Learn basic belly dance isolations and combinations while stretching and toning the body. The most fun excercise ever! $8 per class for 8 weeks paid in full on the first night of class. No refunds given after the first class. Bare feet or flat dance shoes/dance paws. NO socks allowed as floor is slippery.

.Divine Dance Choreography Class: 8 weeks, Mondays 7:45 to 9:00pm. For women 30 and older with several session of Belly Basics or pevious Belly Dance experience. Deepen belly dance isolations and add combinations and learn a choregraphy while stretching and toning the body. $10 per class for 8 weeks paid in full on the first night of class. No refunds given after the first class. Bare feet or flat dance shoes/dance paws. NO socks allowed as floor is slippery
